The startup wanted to replicate the success of platforms like BookMyShow, allowing public users to browse, book, and attend events seamlessly with mobile-first ticketing and secure check-ins.

1. Event Listing & Discovery:
- Organizers create and publish events (public or private) through the platform.
- End users can explore events by category, location, and date via mobile or web.
2. User Registration & Booking:
- Users sign up and view detailed event pages including description, time, venue, and available slots.
- Booking is completed in a few taps — offering a user-friendly, intuitive flow.
3. Digital Ticket Delivery via WhatsApp:
- Upon successful booking, the ticket is instantly delivered to the user’s WhatsApp.
- Each ticket includes a unique QR code for event access.
4. Venue Entry with GateKeeper Support:
- On the day of the event, a GateKeeper scans user QR codes using the GateKeeper app.
- This ensures a smooth and secure check-in process.
